Duties and Responsibilities
- The Project Manager will assemble and lead a team of skilled Engineers,Technologists,Electricians and support staff for numerous industrial projects.
- Manage staff and subcontractors to ensure cost efficiency,safe working conditions,adequate training and timely completion of projects exceeding client expectations.
- Develop,track and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Identify,assess and mitigate project risks.
- Provide leadership and on-the-job training to Project Team.
- Act as liaison with clients and shareholders.
Qualifications and Skills
- Electrical Engineering Technology diploma or Journeyperson Electrician ticket,or non-technical disciplines combined with several years of Project Management experience will also be considered.
- 10+ years experience of working in an industrial manufacturing setting and supervisory/managerial experience.
- Experience in working with various Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent time management and negotiation skills

The Engineer-in-Training (EIT) is an entry level position within Rockwell Automation that provides a great opportunity for newly established professionals to continually learn and expand on the knowledge gained in formal education.
The EIT will spend the first 6-9 months of employment undergoing product and service training in Cleveland Ohio to prepare for deployment to the field.

Due to a retirement our client seeks a Journeyman Electrician for their manufacturing plant.
Responsibilities:
Under the general direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, assist and tend to the charge and control of maintaining operational electrical equipment from distribution of power, diagnosing malfunctioning equipment & troubleshooting electrical/controls problems, repair electrical assets responding timely to any electrical issues within the plant. These duties will require occasional overtime call-ins. Therefore, you will:

Ensure that facility electrical apparatus meets all requirements of the Canadian Electrical Code.
•
Follow the policies, rules, and regulations of the corporation including obtaining the appropriate safe work permits.
•
Maintain, control and further develop electrical documentation and drawings for facility machinery as necessary.
•
Carry out routine electrical safety inspections as well as assist with utility metering instrumentation and routine reporting of meter readings.
•
Assist with the control and further development of maintenance and operation procedures for electrical equipment as required.
•
Develop further skill and expertise towards industrial instrumentation and automation controls & software (PLC’s).
